Starting as a framing carpenter in 1988, Rick has worked in every aspect of the building industry, including picking up garbage on construction sites to working as a GM for a large custom home builder. In 2005 Rick started offering sales training and management coaching. In 2020 Rick launched Builder Lead Converter (BLC)- a builder’s perfect sales assistant.
