For your convenience, NAHB organizes rooms with an assortment of outstanding Orlando hotels that offer a wide variety of accommodations, amenities and very competitive rates. We understand that you have many options for making hotel reservations. However, by supporting NAHB's commitment to the Orlando hotel community, you benefit in many ways, including:

  • Guaranteed the lowest rate at some of the best-rated hotels and resorts in Orlando.
  • Guaranteed a room. Hotels "overbook" to compensate for a percentage of no-shows and cancellations, so people with reservations might be displaced or "walked" to another hotel. NAHB has contracted with IBS host hotels to ensure that you will have a room.
  • Opportunity for more connecting and networking with industry peers who are also staying in official IBS hotels.
  • Convenient customer service for changes and cancellations.
  • Easy and reliable one-stop shopping during show registration.
  • Complimentary shuttle bus service between the official hotels and the convention center (except hotels that are within walking distance).
