    What It's About

As the custom building and remodeling industry evolves, artificial intelligence (AI) integration affects everything from creating campaign content and plan design to project management. However, questions about its potential impact on traditional processes and practices are coming to light as the design-build process and product is unique and more difficult to “teach” AI. Using side-by-side comparisons of traditional marketing and sales versus AI-supported, this session explores the benefits and drawbacks of AI for custom builders and remodelers.

    What You’ll Learn

    • Discover ways to use AI for content creation, including ad copy, social media posts, blogging and website content.
    • Uncover how AI engages potential leads online by responding to their specific behaviors.
    • Explore how to use AI to engage new leads, schedule phone appointments and convert these leads into sales.
    • Identify AI boundaries and where to restrict or avoid using AI in sales and marketing.

    How to Attend

Participants must be registered for an Expo + Education pass. Seating for sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
