As the sole marketing professional at Stevens, she oversees all advertising initiatives to ensure lasting visibility and impact on home shoppers across Southeastern NC. During her four years at Stevens, Naomi has launched over a dozen new communities, and spearheaded countless advertising campaigns to drive unprecedented traffic and engagement to the brand. She is active in the Wilmington-Cape Fear HBA as an Executive Committee Member on the Sales & Marketing Council, and a member of Professional Women in Building. For 2023 she was named Marketing Professional of the Year in the HBA's annual “MAX!” Awards. Naomi also enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Ocean Cure, a non-profit sharing the joy of surfing with the disabled. As an alumni of UNC-Chapel, Naomi enjoys cheering on the Tar Heels any chance she gets. A self-described “fitness junkie,” her days begin with a 6am workout, favorites include Pure Barre, Orange Theory, hot yoga and spin. And as a life-long “beach bum,” she believes sunny days are best spent on the water with husband Brian, and rescue pup, Mr. Waffles.
