Meredith Chapman has 17 years of New Home Sales Experience as an on On-Site Sales Consultant, Sales Trainer, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and currenty the Vice President of Sales for the Dallas-Fort Worth division. Meredith has won numerous awards on a local, regional, and National level including NAHB Silver Award Winner for Sales Leader of the Year, 2022 McSam Award Winner for Sales Leader of the Year, 40 Under 40 Professional Builder Magazine and National Sales Consultant of the Year for K. Hovnanian Homes. Meredith also serves as the Vice Chair and active member of the Professional Women in Building Council for the Dallas Builder Association. She gives back to her industry community as much as she can while she juggles being a single Mom to a vibrant 6 year old little girl Ember and running the 6 World Major Marathons.
