What It's About

The Nationals^SM - National Sales and Marketing Awards, NAHB’s largest and most prestigious awards competition, pays tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individual professionals, home builders and their associates and sales and marketing councils. The Nationals Awards ceremony is one of the highlights of the NAHB International Builders' Show^®, drawing more than 700 attendees for this black-tie, multimedia celebration.

At this year's IBS The Nationals features nominees from The Best of 55+ Housing Awards and Global Innovation Awards and NAHB Honors. The Best of 55+ Awards celebrates the fastest-growing niche in home building with the 55+ sector’s only national recognition program. The Global Innovation Awards celebrates the innovative projects, products and services disrupting the global residential building industry. The NAHB Honors recognizes NAHB’s NAHB Associate of the Year, NAHB Custom Builder of the Year, NAHB Remodeler of the Year, and NAHB Woman of the Year.

The competition is presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), along with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Additional sponsors include major building product manufacturers, financial institutions, home builders and developers, architects and associates in real estate.
