A Custom-Built Showcase Home

The 2020 showcase home—in the luxury-home development of Ascaya in Henderson, Nevada—is designed and built to achieve National Green Building Standard “Emerald” certification, Energy Star, and net-zero status. It will feature four bedrooms and five baths, all within a single-story floorplan with a total living space of 6,428 square feet.

The New American Remodel

A Featured Whole-Home Renovation Project

The 2020 remodel project, located just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas strip, will showcase products and systems that incorporate current trends in the housing industry. The original home—a single-level, ranch-style (2,170 square feet) residence—is transforming into a two-story, four bedroom, five bath, high efficiency home with a total living space of 4,802 square feet.
