IBS is the housing industry’s largest annual light construction show in the world, serving an audience of more than 67,000 in 2019, and is the perfect venue for speakers to share their knowledge and expertise with members of the home building community. 

Speaking opportunities at IBS are highly competitive. Please review the Request for Proposals document carefully and take advantage of our Guide to Crafting Your Proposal to ensure your proposal has the best chance of being selected.

Steps for Creating and Submitting Your Proposal:

  1. Review the 2020 IBS Request for Proposals
    This document provides rules, audience demographics and our critical Leading Topics of Interest. Please review the RFP in its entirely prior to submitting.

    Learn the secrets to writing a winning proposal.  This easy-to-follow guide includes a list of questions you will be asked when submitting and provides special instructions and tips to help strengthen your proposal.

    All proposals must be submitted through our online proposal management system.
