A demo at the 2017 HPBZWhat It's About:

Proper roof ventilation provides structures with many benefits including increasing energy efficiency and life expectancy of the roof as well as reducing moisture issues. These benefits are only seen when the roof system is designed and installed properly. Roof ventilation is a key factor in the process of learning to install ridge vents to reduce water intrusion and increase ventilation. Missing details in roof ventilation are one of the most common mistakes in roof system failures.
