Christina Maxwell is the Vice President of Operations at Woodland Homes of Huntsville in North Alabama. She started her professional career as a high school teacher and owes a lot of her management style now to how she taught in her classroom. She grew up around her dad leading his company, Woodland Homes, and officially joined the company and the home building industry in 2018. In the 6 years she has been in the industry, she has grown from working in events, marketing, and customer relations, to being promoted to Director of Customer Relations to being promoted to Vice President of Operations where she oversees and manages all field operations and production. In her time overseeing the field, she has led her team to reduce average days under construction by half, increase closings, increase homes delivered with zero outstanding items at closing to buyers, and revive subcontractor relationships and accountability. Her success in leading her teams has been recognized both locally and nationally as she was named a contender for Young Professional of the Year in 2023 by the Huntsville Madison County Chamber and she was named as a recipient in the Forty Under 40 class in 2024 by Professional Builder Magazine. She owes her success to her passion for refinement, innovation, and excellence. She just recently became a mom welcoming her daughter into the world with her husband Alex.
