    What It's About

    Efficient and effective jobsite management is critical to keeping a project on time, on budget, and ready to deliver with a high level of quality and long-term performance. This session will focus on "hands-on" best practices for managing labor shortages, trade relations, cycle time, quality assurance, and reliable scheduling by a panel of builders who have been there and done that successfully. THIS IS A REPEAT OF THE SESSION BEING OFFERED ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, FROM 10:15-11:15 AM IN ROOM W204.

    What You’ll Learn

    • Identify common and costly inefficiencies and waste that erode productivity and profitability.
    • Uncover best practices for scheduling and labor usage to improve cycle times productivity on the jobsite.
    • Discover strategies for working effectively with trade partners and key suppliers to find solutions and proven alternatives to maintain or improve production.
    • Learn the how's and why's of a dedicated quality assurance program that ensures your specifications and standards are being implemented.
