Living in the remote west of Wyoming I have been serving all 50 States in the residential mortgage inudustry, primarily in (all) the system built new construction arenas for 26 years. As a Modular focused lender, the partnership of the Bank, the consumer, the site builder and the manucturerer is critical to the growth of this industry. Navigating this complex lending world can only be measured but the success i see as an industrusy sales leader and a yearly recongnized top performer. I approach my realtionships to help grow the industry, Educate all parties and help take the consumer from the preapproval of ther loan to the final CO. Rounding out my Career as a New Construction Specialist, i have been involved with both local and National Affiliations in the Building community -National Association of Home Builders, Current Board of Trustee/Vice Chair of the Building Systems Council.
