Matthew T. Cooper is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PEG LLC. Mr. Cooper’s thirty years of expertise in the evaluation, design and control of the built environment have helped to establish PEG as an industry leader and innovator. Designations and Certifications conferred upon Mr. Cooper include: LEED Accredited Professional from the US Green Building Council, National Green Building Standard Verifier from the National Association of Home Builders, the Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) certification from the Indoor Air Quality Association, Certified Supervisor by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) in the disciplines of air and hydronic balance and the National Air Filtration Association’s air filtration certification (CAFT). PEG is a recognized leading provider of professional engineering design and diagnostic services in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines as well as a national leader of utility and municipal demand side control programs, green building certification, code compliance inspections and new construction Energy Star certification in 27 states. Mr. Cooper completed Mechanical Engineering studies at the University of Maryland and the US Air Force College of Applied Aerospace Sciences. He also completed post graduate studies in Quality Systems Management at the National Graduate School.
