Heather Evanson Brooks is a Senior Housing Specialist and NAHB Certified Aging in Place Specialist dedicated to leveraging her real estate expertise to promote the vital concept of aging in place. As co-founder of eXp Realty’s Seniors Network Group, she has spearheaded the growth of the leading senior real estate network in the U.S. She specializes in training real estate agents and professionals in the aging industry on effective marketing, networking, and connecting with the 55(+) demographic in our communities. Heather has been featured in podcasts, including the 2023 NKBA Webinar Series and two episodes of PBS TV's 'Empowering Seniors,' and regularly contributes insightful articles on the future of housing and aging in place. Her passion for empowering seniors to live safely and comfortably in their homes extends to advocacy efforts, including lobbying for aging in place tax incentives in Washington, DC, through the NAIPC Housing Committee. Heather currently serves as the Chapter Chair for SE Florida National Aging in Place (NAIPC). In addition, Heather and her sister co-founded StepUp Housing, an organization committed to preserving and operating Affordable Housing for seniors.
