Kimberly Mackey is the founder of New Homes Solutions Consulting, LLC, bringing over two and half decades of experience as a senior-level executive in residential home building and real estate. Kimberly is a national speaker and author known as the "expert with real-world SOLUTIONS" in competitive sales environments. She often says that New Homes Solutions is the company you call when you want sales to be the engine that drives the train rather than running it off the tracks. Her expertise lies in creating tailored Sales Management and Training Solutions for builders across the US, working with all sizes from local to national firms. Kimberly also collaborates with REALTORS® and Brokers nationwide and directed the successful Preferred Builder Partnership program with Berkshire Hathaway Florida Properties, generating $200M in new home sales last year. An active leader in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Kimberly serves as a Delegate on the Leadership Council, Immediate Past Chair of the National Associates Committee, and a past NSMC chair. Honored with the John P. Hall Award for lifetime sales and marketing achievements in 2020, Kimberly was the 2017 Associate of the Year for the FHBA and a two-time SMC Member of the Year.
