Roland is the celebrated author of Mastery of Selling for New Homes, and an internationally recognized new home sales trainer. He has successfully sold homes for numerous builders as a salesperson, selling Sales Manager & Director of Sales, and is personally responsible for almost one billion dollars worth of new home sales. He is passionate about coaching and has trained thousands of salespeople and managers to replicate his sales success.
