A former Business Analyst with over 13 years of operational and sales experience, Erin brings a unique background to the homebuilding industry where she understands the realities of the back-office while knowing the needs of the users in the field.  She successfully led a Top 25 Builder’s diverse operating organization through multiple enterprise-level systems projects including implementations and integrations and was on the team of four employees who designed and developed the back-office system for the company’s main source for employee reporting, payroll and training.  As the company’s lead resource for sales, purchasing and production training, she gained the opportunity to demonstrate strong management skills and establish rapport with both employees and business partners.  
 
As informXL’s Director of Client and Partner Relations, she continues to excel in building proactive relationships and resolving complex issues.  Her biggest asset is her ability to win both partner and client loyalty in all sides of the homebuilding industry, where she focuses on bringing together the builders, ERP providers, and other third party software vendors in an effort to build long lasting and collaborative relationships.  Outside of the office Erin enjoys running, college football (LET’S GO….MOUNTAINEERS!), architecture, traveling, all things West Virginia! and above all, spending time with her husband, young children, and dogs Steadman and Geno.
