Ashley Kuhn is the Co-CEO of Blair Freeman, a 100% woman and Black-owned construction and owners representation firm she co-founded in 2018. With over 20 years in real estate development and construction, she previously served as EVP of White Lotus Group, managing over $700M in projects and growing the staff from 1 to 450. A passionate advocate for community-driven development, Ashley has worked to increase supplier diversity and engage minority- and women-owned businesses in Omaha’s construction industry. She holds a degree in Real Estate, Land Use Economics, and Investment Finance from the University of Nebraska and is committed to making a lasting impact on her community. Ashley serves on several boards, including the Greater Omaha Chamber and Lozier Foundation, and is a mentor at Girls Inc. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, sports, and advocating for women’s empowerment. She is married with three children.
