What It's About:

All major aspects of the sales and building process are affected by the customer experience, making it one of the most critical elements for the success of your company. In this Master session, an expert panel will show you best practices to implement throughout the customer experience funnel—from first impression through completion of the home—and create healthier relationship that equate to larger profits. At the largest end of the funnel, we’ll examine creative, cost-effective ways to drive leads using technology, along with “old-school, high touch” tactics that your sales teams to drive their own traffic. As the funnel narrows, we’ll explore lead management tools and ways to effectively manage the critical sales to start process. We’ll also look at how to coach, support, measure and recruit sales team members. Building start to completion is where the funnel often becomes clogged, so we’ll finish by addressing leading methods and key metrics to keep customer service flowing smoothly and create happy homeowners who become eager referral sources.

How to Attend:

Master Sessions are in-depth, 3-hour intensive programs that dig deeper into specific industry topics. The sessions are open to all attendees with a Full Registration or 1-Day Education valid for the day of the session they wish to attend, but you can guarantee your Master Session seat for $25 per session. Reserved seating can only be purchased online during IBS advance registration. Tickets purchased by January 18, 2019 will be mailed to the address in your registration record prior to the show. Tickets purchased between January 19 and February 16, 2019 must be picked up by the purchaser at the Special Events Ticket Counter in the IBS Registration Tent onsite. Please note that Master Sessions reserved seating tickets are not sold onsite. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the listed start time and reserved seating will be held until 15 minutes after. At that time, any non-guaranteed seating will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis at no additional charge to attendees with a Full Registration or 1-Day Education valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Fees for Master Sessions are not refundable.
