What It's About:

Company culture—it’s a phrase you’ve heard plenty of times over the years. And if you’re like most building professionals, it’s always been a "nice-to-have" part of your business. But with an increase in competition, brand identity growing as a key sales driver, an influx of Millennial customers and employees and a labor pool as tight as ever, company culture is no longer just a buzzphrase—it’s now one of the most important tools for attracting customers and talent. In this Master session, you’ll learn simple steps for creating a meaningful company culture that drives actions, results and profits, and hear how the NAHB National Custom Builder of the Year 2016 has done exactly that.

What You'll Learn:

  • Understand the importance of a strong company culture and how it impacts employee retention, production and financial success.
  • Learn how to enhance accountability through your entire company.
  • Discover how to achieve substantial growth and success for your company by establishing a Culture of Accountability.
