Bringing together an elite group of executives, this session will focus on the link between women and their impact on the industry's labor shortage. Panelists representing leading female-centered trade organizations will address the need for home building related companies to provide construction training opportunities and leadership paths for women. They will also share leadership and professional development programs their organizations are executing to promote women in the trades.
