What It's About:

The Silver Tsunami is coming. Every 8 seconds someone turns 65 years old, and by the year 2050, the 85+ age group will outnumber those who are between 65 – 84 years old. While the older population is rising, so is the popularity of modular construction. During this session, hear from two Certified Aging in Place Specialists (CAPS) and a modular home factory executive about the financial opportunities available to builders who adopt modular construction for the 55+ market. Get a complete break down, from conception to finished product, on how modular construction can meet the needs of your clients seeking adaptive-style housing.

What You'll Learn:

  • Discover how building adaptive aging-in-place housing can grow your home building business.
  • Realize the inherent advantages modular construction can offer the 55+ housing market.
  • Determine the entire modular home construction process: conception, factory construction and home set/build out.
