What It's About:

Most people don’t like change, especially when it’s coming to their neighborhood. Learn from an expert panel how to work toward positive public entitlement outcomes through community meetings, municipal staff, media interactions and public hearings. Discover tips and tricks on the best way to gain zoning approvals, improve rapport with neighbors, appease concerns and arrange facilitated solutions through tried and true best practices. Bring your zoning challenges, and this panel—with more than 70 years of combined experience—will share their advice on how to build community support.
