Learn from an expert panel how to work toward positive public entitlement outcomes through community meetings, municipal staff, media interactions and public hearings. Discover tips and tricks on the best way to gain zoning approvals, improve rapport with neighbors, appease concerns and arrange facilitated solutions through tried and true best practices. Bring your zoning challenges, and this panel—with more than 70 years of combined experience—will share their advice on how to build community support.

How to Attend:

Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

NAHB is a Registered Provider with the American Institute of Architects Continuing Education Systems. Credit earned on completion of this course will be reported to CES Records for AIA members by the Provider. Certificates of Completion are available upon request.
