    Multifamily housing development has recently been trending toward more suburban low-rise and mid-rise products, which creates opportunities for designers and developers to be creative in their approach to site planning and design. Building codes and site development regulations are also changing site designs. In this session, our expert panel will share and discuss a variety of trends in site planning and design including: building configuration features creating the most value in the market, the latest sustainability and resiliency features, impacts of flood risk and insurance issues, variances by region, incorporating parking needs and electric vehicle charging stations, and more.
