    What It's About

    A cash flow shortage can be a crippling event for any home building business. In this session, learn a process for projecting and tracking your cash flow so that you'll be able to predict and identify shortages early and take proactive steps to improve processes, manage expenses and avoid financial hardships. Understand why cash flow challenges typically occur, see how over and under billings impact your cash flow, learn how to use WIP schedules and cash flow forms to your advantage, and more.
