Luellen Smith is the Co-Founder of Rhino Wine Cellars & Saunas, a family-owned business in the Seattle area and has been specializing in custom wine cellars and saunas for over 30 years. She is an active leader in the home building industry, serving at the local, state, and national levels with the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties (MBAKS), the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW), and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Luellen has held several key leadership roles, including MBAKS Executive Council and Board of Directors, 2018 MBAKS PWB Chair, and BIAW 2nd Vice President and Secretary. A dedicated advocate for women in the industry, she was named NAHB PWB Member of the Year in 2018 and now serves as the 2024 NAHB PWB Chair. In her free time, Luellen enjoys pickleball, traveling, and time with family and friends.
