Kris is a Senior Vice President in Community Development at Rancho Mission Viejo, a 23,000-acre Ranch in south Orange County, California. Rancho Mission Viejo serves as the master planner and community developer for the Rancho Mission Viejo community that encompasses approximately 6,000 acres. Over the next 20 years, the community is planned for 14,000 homes and up to 5 million square feet of non-residential uses. Kris joined Rancho Mission Viejo in 2014 after serving as a full-time consultant for over ten years in a variety of capacities. She is currently responsible for the design and implementation of all Rancho Mission Viejo's community development, overseeing all aspects of planning, development, architecture, marketing, builder land sales and Community Services Organization. Prior to joining Rancho Mission Viejo, Kris worked at Brookfield Homes, Catellus Residential Group, and Bassenian Lagoni Architects. A licensed Architect, Kris received her Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration at University of California in Irvine.
