For over 20 years, Rachel has been building homes and developing land in North Alabama. Her company Rachel Brown Homes, is an award winning design/build company with the most recent award won in March: The Madison City of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award Silver. Rachel currently serves as a Trustee on the NAHB PWB Council, a member of the NAHB Land Use Council, Chair of the Huntsville/ Madison County Home Builders Assoc. PWB, Chair of the Huntsville/Madison County Woman's Council, Board member of the local Huntsville/Madison County Homebuilders Assoc. and a member of the Huntsville/Madison County Homebuilders Assoc. Governmental Affairs Committee. Her coaching division, RBH Coaching is currently helping women in all facets of the building industry boost their self confidence in a male dominated world so they can excel in their professional and personal lives without burning out using her “6 Steps to Construct Your Confidence” Blueprint.
