David O'Sullivan received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New York, Florida and New Jersey. He is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA) and has over 42 years of experience in both residential and commercial design and renovation. He has served as chairman of the Reading Historical Commission, Reading Town Meeting member and on the St Athanasius Church Building Committee. David has been an active member of BRAGB for over 34 years, he has been chairman of the 50+ New England Housing Council and is past president BRAGB. He serves as their representative to the National Homebuilders Board of Directors. David has served on the NAHB Design Committee, and the National 50+ Board of Trustees. He is First Vice President of the Home Builders and Remolders of Massachusetts. David is the receipiatent of the President’s Award given by the Builders and Rermolders Association of Greater Boston for his outstanding contributions to the organization and industry. As principal of O'Sullivan Architects for the past 23 years, David and his team have consistently won awards for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The Brookline Preservation Commission honored David for the preservation and rehabilitation of 63-67 Harvard Avenue; a national register property which also won a National Design Award. His Firm works on urban infill projects, auto dealerships, historic renovations and several commercial bank branches.
