Felicia Watson is Senior Counsel with Littler Mendelson, P.C., in Washington, D.C. She represents management clients on matters involving regulatory compliance, construction liability, workplace safety, and other employment law matters. Prior to joining Littler, Felicia was an Assistant Vice President with the National Association of Home Builders’ Office of Legal Affairs. While at NAHB, she focused on construction liability, labor. and health and safety. Felicia received an LL.M. in International & Comparative Law from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, and a B.A. from Seattle University. She is admitted to practice law in Washington and the District of Columbia. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional.
