John Guilliams has been designing innovative and successful homes and communities for over 30 years. He is a Partner and Director of Design at KGA Studio Architects, an award-winning residential architectural studio based in Denver, Colorado, where he leads the firm’s Community and Production Design Studio. Having worked for some of Colorado’s most reputable design firms specializing in multi-family, land planning, and residential architecture, John combines his vast experience and technical knowledge with a team approach in order to serve his long-standing client base. John serves on the ULI Colorado Housing Committee and is a member of the Home Builders Foundation (HBF) Executive Board.
