John Guilliams has been designing innovative and successful homes and communities for over 30 years. He is a Partner and Director of Design at KGA Studio Architects in Colorado, where he leads the firm’s award-winning Community and Production Design Studio. Having worked for some of Colorado’s most reputable design firms specializing in multi-family, land planning, and residential architecture, John combines his vast experience and technical knowledge with a team approach in order to serve his long-standing client base. John is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the board for the Home Builders Foundation.
