Carole has over 30 years of experience in the residential construction industry, and is the Executive Vice President for McDonald Construction Partners, LLC, one of the Top 25 Builders in Minnesota. Throughout her career, she has advanced into executive roles with both local and national builders, gaining expertise in all facets of residential construction. Carole has a genuine passion for the housing industry, with a special focus on energy-efficient new homes. As Chair of the Housing First MN Green Path Committee, she leads efforts to promote sustainable building practices and energy-efficient new homes across the region. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to building talented teams, innovative designs, high-quality construction practices, environmental responsibility, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, making her a recognized figure in the industry. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family at their cabin, playing pickleball, and entertaining friends.
