Chief of Operations at Lexar Homes, a franchise home builder based in the Northwest. Started out washing windows after college and using my free time to travel. This gave me a deeper appreciation for other cultures and ways of life. Worked as an insurance claim estimator for years and this helped me pay attention to smaller details, negotiate with others, and better understand the financial aspects of business. My work now affords me great variety and association with brilliant and passionate people. I still have much to learn.
