Amy joined Epcon Communities in 2009 and was consistently a top sales performer. She launched and sold homes in 18 of their communities throughout Columbus, Ohio and Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2018, Amy was promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the Charlotte region where she coached top performers. As the National Sales Manager for Epcon Franchising, Amy shares Epcon’s best practices and assists their Franchise Builders with finding sales talent, sales training and overcoming common objections, holding purposeful community events, launching new communities and helping sales teams thrive.
