John Atlee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Carroll University, where he developed a solid foundation in architecture. His career trajectory took a significant turn when he joined Water Doctors in 2010, discovering his passion for water treatment and sales. Starting in sales, John's dedication and expertise led him to acquire the company in 2019, alongside his wife Amber. During this period, he also earned his plumbing license to deepen his understanding of the business. Known affectionately as the "water nerd," John prioritizes educating customers about their water over making a sale, firmly believing in the importance of informed decision-making. His commitment to excellence extends beyond his business. John is an active member of the Milwaukee Builders Association, where he has been honored as the Associate of the Year. He also chairs the Construction Arbitration Board with the MBA and serves as a delegate for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), participating in two national committees and chairing a subcommittee.
