With over 40 years of experience in the home-building industry, Nanette Pfister has established herself as a leader in residential real estate sales, particularly specializing in communities targeted to the 55+ demographic. Her expertise in this niche has been recognized at both regional and national levels. Nanette joined Epcon Communities in 2000 as Marketing Services Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2007, overseeing corporate operations. She has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales growth and guiding its expansion efforts. Throughout her career, Nanette has earned numerous accolades, including being named Marketing Director of the Year by the Central Ohio BIA in 2012. In 2016, she was honored with a Silver Award for Sales Manager of the Year at The Nationals. In 2018, Nanette was honored with the prestigious Legacy Award by the Central Ohio BIA in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the industry. Additionally, she was recognized by the Ohio Senate for her significant impact on both the building industry and the local community. A passionate advocate for professional development and industry education, Nanette is actively involved in the Central Ohio Building Industry Association (BIA). She currently serves on the Foundation Board and holds an Executive Chair seat on the BIA Board of Directors. In 2027, she will become the President of the Central Ohio BIA, marking a significant milestone as the second woman and the second Epcon executive to hold this prestigious position.
