Brad joined ECI as a Senior Consultant in 2017 and works with home builders all across North America. In addition to his consulting work with clients, he hosts webinars and webclasses often throughout the year. Prior to joining ECI, Brad spent 25 years actively managing his family's home building business - working in all the departments throughout his career: sales, purchasing, construction management, warranty, accounting, and land development. During that time, he managed the construction of over 1,000 new homes. Recently, Brad launched "Welcome to Home Building" - a brand dedicated to teaching those who want to learn more about the homebuilding industry to better themselves and their companies.
