Paul started his career in the remodeling industry from the ground up. Going from swinging a hammer to wielding a pen and a mouse pad. He is a second-generation remodeler and Co-Owner of Criner Remodeling, a successful design-build remodeling firm in Coastal Virginia. He has been named “Top 40 Under 40” by Pro Remodeler Magazine. Leading the company to win multiple Chrysalis awards, Master Design Awards, NAHB Remodeling Awards, and Guild Master Awards. He is a Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) and Certified Green Professional (CGP) through the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). He also holds National Leadership positions at NAHB as a member of The Remodelers Council and The Education Committee. Locally, Paul serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity and Seton Manor, a non-profit senior living facility. While running a company and working with the NAHB he is still able to find time to raise two sons and a daughter, Milo, George, and Naomi with his loving wife Leanne.
