Laura Hanson is an accomplished marketing leader in the homebuilding industry, serving as the Marketing Director for New Tradition Homes, one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest private homebuilders. With 18 years at the company, she has played a pivotal role in shaping its brand, integrating cutting-edge technology into the sales process, and enhancing the customer experience. A strategic innovator, Laura spearheaded the implementation of a highly successful online sales program and CRM system, streamlining communication and optimizing lead management. She is also a key member of New Tradition’s Building Science Team, ensuring that the company’s homes exceed energy efficiency and sustainability standards. Additionally, as part of the In-House Design Team, she applies her keen eye for aesthetics and functionality in designing and merchandising model homes and sales centers to elevate the homebuying experience. Laura is an active leader in the broader industry, serving on the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) Board of Trustees. She currently chairs the NSMC Membership and Communications Committee, where she works to foster engagement and support for marketing professionals in homebuilding. Her contributions and leadership have earned her a place on Pro Builder Magazine’s prestigious “40 Under 40” list, recognizing her as one of the top young professionals in the industry. With a lifelong passion for homebuilding, Laura grew up in the industry as the daughter of a builder.
