Andi Dirkschneider Bliss is the President of Brookline Homes, LLC. Brookline Homes is a Charlotte based, family-owned homebuilder. Operating in a market dominated by Nationals, Land and Development has become critical to the growth and success of Brookline Homes. Andi holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavior Biology, as well a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Emory University. In 2022, she received an MBA with a Real Estate Concentration from UNC Charlotte as well as a Master of Science in Real Estate. She serves as the Immediate Past Chair of her local PWB, Vice President for the Greater Charlotte HBA, Regional Vice President for the North Carolina HBA, and on the NAHB PWB Board of Trustees. In her free time, you will find Andi hiking with her husband and their dogs, or hanging out at a Brewery.
