D.R. Horton Northern California

Katy is deeply passionate about the built environment, a commitment reflected in her multifaceted career. She serves as Regional Director of Land Development for D.R. Horton Bay Northern California, Educational Outreach Chair for the BIA Bay Area Professional Women in Building (PWB), and Co-Chair of the BIA Bay Area Land Planning and Development Committee (LPD).

Katy is dedicated to educating youth about the diverse career paths within the industry. She ensures that students can see themselves in the roles presented by inviting professionals with similar backgrounds to each EOC event.

A firm believer in the power of strong communities, Katy also volunteers as Vice President of the Niles Main Street Association, a nonprofit focused on preserving and revitalizing the historic Niles district in Fremont, California.
