This session will explore both management techniques and examples of contract/paperwork best practices that allow you to not only better control client expectations, but also the project and others involved. Control yields profitability, so you’ll learn the steps and language to ensure your contract has the proper subject matter, topics, definitions and understandable policies and procedures. Review specification examples that fully define what is and is not being provided, because how a contract is worded can be worth thousands of dollars.

How to Attend:
