What It's About:

True project managers look for improvements and take decisive action during every step of the management process. Witnesses tend to stick to the status-quo, rarely seeking out innovation. If you want to be seen as an irreplaceable asset for your customers and company, this leadership session is for you. You’ll discover how to maximize ‘productivity potential’ throughout the four construction process phases (Job Start Up, Job Preparation & Planning, Job Management and Job Close Out) along with your key role in each. You’ll also learn how to maximize profits by implementing specific process improvements, along with the leadership techniques necessary to get the most out of your team.

What You'll Learn:

  • Discover the essential role of good project management and how to make productivity improvement a reality.
  • Learn how to create a team mentality and positive work climate through effective communication skills and conflict resolution.
  • Determine ways to master all job controls for each phase of the construction process.

How to Attend:

Participants must be registered for a full registration package or a 1-day education with expo pass package valid for the day of the session they wish to attend. Seating for Building Knowledge sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
