What It's About:

One of the most frequently asked questions designers get is, "What are the color trends for the upcoming year?" The answer is important well beyond design. New for 2018, this session will bring together industry experts in interior design and architectural colorization to provide you with a complete overview on how to harness the power of color before a potential buyer tours your homes. With color and material trends continuously evolving, our panel will explore the psychology of responses to color, a 2018 color and material trends forecast and how it all ties together in the world of architecture and interior design. Understanding these aspects will help you influence potential buyer decisions and design a well-planned community.

What You'll Learn:

  • Learn the latest color and material trends for 2018 and how this information relates to the world of architecture and interior design.
  • Explore how to use color and materials effectively to raise the perceived value of a home and create positive reactions from potential buyers.
  • Understand how color can create a visual perception, manipulate space and depth, and complement the architectural interest of a home.
