This session will provide a legal review of website and social media best practices. Learn about proper website terms of service/privacy policies, and how to manage your risks and recognize the pitfalls of social media accounts. Also learn how to use online tools to help build a long-term brand through trademark laws, including selection, registration and enforcement, and how to protect original company content—such as marketing materials and manuals—through copyright laws.

How to Attend:
