A partnership between a multifamily developer and an arts organization in Atlanta, Goat Farm Apartments includes 209 apartments and 48 artist studios in three connected four-story buildings, including upper-level residences and first level artist studios. Join us to learn about this fascinating project, a Best in American Living Awards (BALA) finalist for 2024. The plan includes a central four-level precast parking deck with a roof that includes club and fitness spaces as well as the pool deck. The amenities are accessible to both artists and residents. The project was delivered on budget and two months ahead of schedule, and lease-up has been very successful.
