    What It's About

You have a portfolio of floor plans that buyers covet. Now it’s time to turn those plans into streetscapes they love equally as much and create the authentic neighborhoods that help you close more sales. Two award-winning architects will illustrate how to develop timeless exteriors and elevations that enhance your homes and maximize the value of new communities. See multiple examples of popular elevation styles from across the country to learn the do’s and don’ts of proper streetscape design. By integrating compatible scale, character and architectural styles you’ll learn to create neighborhoods that stand the test of time all while driving more home sales.

    What You’ll Learn

    • Learn to balance architectural styles to create a timeless, diverse neighborhood of cohesive homes.
    • Gain insights for updating classic home styles that are designed for today yet live for tomorrow.
    • Identify how to use color in your elevation styles to enhance, not detract from the overall streetscape collection.
    • Understand appropriate vernacular architectural styles and forms appropriate to the regional area in which you build.

    How to Attend

Participants must be registered for an Expo + Education pass. Seating for sessions will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
