    What It's About

Hear from the 55+ community development expert panel — a developer, architectural designer and consultant — about what the modern 55+ buyers look for in active adult communities, including maximizing floor plan design, incorporating a wellness element into amenities and technology into spaces to simplify user experiences and more. Discuss how to plan for the future, anticipate the next pandemic and carefully curate programs and amenities for the modern 55+ buyer. Explore how developers can adapt and anticipate modern lifestyle demands to create in-demand and unique experiences and build award-winning communities. The panelists will use Amblebrook, an award-winning, resort-style active adult community in Gettysburg, PA, to illustrate real-world design and development features that the modern 55+ buyer wants.
