Hear thought-starters for naming, theming and developing a placemaking “hook”. See examples of land plans used by best-selling communities with masterful effect. From small-gathering outdoor pergola shells to enticing multi-functional clubhouses, learn how to build award-winning, sales-driving amenities that work within your overall budget. And gain practical strategies for crafting a brand and unique selling proposition that resonates with buyers and ultimately drives more sales.
